“You’re Supposed to Protect Her and You Failed” Parents Arrested for Child Abuse, Neglect

The Volusia Sheriff’s Office published footage showing officers arresting parents for alleged child abuse and neglect after they found several bruises on the child and heard from the 6-year-old girl that she was very hungry and doesn’t get much to eat.
