Suspect Slips Handcuffs, Steals Police Car with Officer Inside

How did he get out?! A suspect in the back of a Dallas Police cruiser somehow managed to slip out of his handcuffs, then stole the vehicle when the officer driving got out to check on him. The officer jumped into the backseat as the suspect tried to flee, tasing him and then diving into the front seat to stop the car after the suspect bailed. #shorts
