Police Grapple Sabotages Suspect’s Escape Attempt

The Louisville Metro Police Department published footage showing officers utilizing a grapple to stop a suspect attempting to flee officers in a vehicle. The suspect ran away on foot, but was easily tracked by a police chopper.
