The clock is ticking. Gun Owners of America and Silencer Shop have formally notified DOJ and ATF that once the federal court injunction takes effect, Silencer Shop intends to conduct suppressor transfers without an ATF Form 4, NFA approval, or NFA registration. DOJ and ATF have been given until 5:00 PM Eastern on August 12 to respond, with the transfers planned for midnight on August 13.
