Interior secretary on costs of repairs to reflecting pool

When pressed by George Stephanopoulos about increased costs for repairs to the reflecting pool, Sec. Doug Burgum said the pool is “fixed in the sense that it’s no longer leaking 45,000 gallons a day.”
