Governor picks Lindsey Graham’s sister to finish his Senate term

South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster announced Monday that he is appointing Sen. Lindsey Graham’s sister Darline Graham Nordone to take his U.S. Senate seat for the rest of his term.
