Attorney General Todd Blanche and the DOJ have finalized a new federal process allowing eligible Americans—including potentially nonviolent felons—to apply to have their federal firearm rights restored. DOJ says the Second Amendment is “not a second-class right,” and estimates roughly 30 million Americans have lost their Second Amendment rights.
