At 13, Mississippi native Hezekiah Watkins was wrongly sent to death row at Parchman Prison after being mistaken for a Freedom Rider.
ABC News’ Steve Osunsami reports on how that arrest pushed Watkins into the Civil Rights Movement, where he became known as the “Youngest Freedom Rider.”
