It was homecoming at Queen’s University and evidently some of the students thought it would be fun to slap the police horses. A girl who was obviously a novice at it decided it was her turn to have a go. You see, there are some pretty important rules when you slap a horse and she violated Rule #1. “Never stand behind a horse you are slapping.”
When she ran up and slapped the horse, he kicked her square in the face and she ran off with her hand covering it. All told three people were charged with slapping horses.
