What Was This All About? Man Shoots Driver Who Crashes, Dies

Surveillance video at a gas station shows a woman running after a vehicle, then a man who got out of the car she was in shooting at the driver, striking him and resulting in him crashing into a pole and dying. The Houston Police Department is looking for information on these individuals.
