Why in the holy heck should we listen to a traitor like Bowe Bergdahl? He’s now saying that the Taliban are more “honest” than the US Army.
What did you expect? They literally hugged and kissed Bergdahl when he was ‘rescued’. He pleaded guilty to desertion last week. The joke here is that charge could just net him a measly five years in prison.
For ‘misbehavior’, he may get life, but I doubt it. He may serve no time at all. If a military judge decides that the five years he was in captivity acts as time served, he could walk. Where’s the justice in any of this? He was released three years ago in Afghanistan in an exchange for five of the worst Taliban leaders we had at Gitmo. You can thank Obama for that insanity.
