“I had to pass a college level history exam with tons of obsucre gotcha questions,” says one Savannah tour guide. She says her business almost died because of her city’s rules.
After she got sick, a city official told her, “Well, I guess you’re going to have to find another occupation.”
With the help of the Institute for Justice, she sued Savannah, and won. But that’s just in one city.
