On Monday, a man in Toronto drove a van onto a heavily trafficked pedestrian sidewalk killing 10 people and injuring 15. The 25-year-old suspect is in custody and appeared in court Tuesday. RT America’s Alex Mihailovich has the very latest on the Toronto tragedy.
