Fox has reportedly accepted Disney’s offer to purchase the company. Disney’s offer of $71.3 billion tops Comcast’s bid of $65 billion. Fox only accepts Disney’s offer as the best one currently on the table. This opens the door for Comcast to make a major counteroffer.
