The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office published footage showing a suspected carjacker ramming an officer who was apparently shot by the suspect shortly before that. Once the suspect crashed his vehicle into multiple patrol cars, the suspect turned himself in. The suspect was shot in the hand, and the officer who was shot and rammed was injured but is expected to make a full recovery.
