Stomach illness linked to taco bell lettuce

The FDA and CDC have linked a multi-state outbreak of the stomach parasite cyclosporiasis to shredded iceberg lettuce from Mexico served at Taco Bell in five states. Taco Bell is voluntarily pulling the lettuce nationwide as a precaution.
