The HRC gives out a “Corporate Equality Index” score.
To get a perfect 100, companies follow a long list of demands:
Educate employees on gender identity, cover transgender surgeries, sponsor LGBT events, and donate to LGBT groups – like the HRC!
Robby Starbuck calls companies out for sucking up to the HRC.
Some companies have now backtracked.
“That’s all people want,” says Starbuck, “for businesses to do their business, not to virtue signal to us or to perpetuate a political ideology.”
