Not Fast Enough! Officer Keeps Up with Fleeing Suspect and Tases Him

The Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office out of Washington state published footage showing an officer running after a fleeing suspect who was located in an allegedly stolen vehicle. The suspect was tased and promptly arrested.
