Two men were spotted walking dangerously close to Hawaii’s Kilauea volcano.
In the video captured on Dec. 23, one of them can be seen gesturing to the webcam operated by the U.S. Geological Survey.
Locals say they have seen an uptick in people trespassing in areas closed to the public.
