Home security video released by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office shows a looting incident at a home in Altadena, one of the communities worst-hit by the wildfires that are raging in the city.
Nine people have been charged with looting in connection with the Palisades and Eaton fires, officials announced Monday.
