Judge Andrew Napolitano is telling close friends that he is on the list to be the next nominee for the Supreme Court should President Trump get to nominate a second justice. He has told some that he has been promised a slot should it open up.
“He said, ‘Trump said I’m on the list,’” said a source who spoke with Napolitano shortly after one of his meetings with the then president-elect. “He’s been saying that since the transition.”
