Selma Blair is an iconic figure on-screen, in the fashion space and as an activist. Blair’s film career began with her comedic roles in pop culture classics Cruel Intentions and Legally Blonde. Up next, Blair is set to star in 3 new movies, including the Israel-Hamas war drama “Stay Forte” with Judd Hirsch and Mark and Michael Polish’s “There There.” She will also star in supernatural thriller “Silent” from filmmaking duo Doron and Yoaz Paz.
In October 2018, Blair revealed that she was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in August of that year. Blair wrote about her experiences with multiple sclerosis in her memoir, Mean Baby: A Memoir of Growing Up, which was published in May 2022, and went on to become a New York Times Bestseller.

Her recent projects include Peter Hedge’s film The Same Storm, “Julia,” HBO Max’s drama series on Julia Child, Starz’ horror comedy “Shining Vale” and Searchlight’s dark comedy The Menu, alongside Anya Taylor-Joy and Ralph Fiennes. Second seasons of both “Shining Vale” and “Julia” are currently available for streaming. Light starred in The Young Wife and Down Low for FilmNation, both of which premiered at SXSW, and Out of My Mind for Disney+ which premiered at Sundance and can now be streamed on Disney+. Her 2019 film Ms. White Light also premiered at SXSW. She can also be seen in the second season of “American Horror Stories” and Rian Johnson’s series “Poker Face” for Peacock, for which she won the Guest Actress in a Comedy Series Primetime Emmy.
Her latest project was the Apple TV+ series “Before” alongside Billy Crystal.
Aurora James, author of widely acclaimed memoir Wildflower, Creative Director and Founder of luxury accessories brand Brother Vellies, vice chair member of the CFDA, and founder of the non-profit organization Fifteen Percent Pledge, has long worked to make the global economy a more equitable place for historically excluded groups.
A legendary American activist, Dolores Huerta is best known for co-founding the United Farm Workers (UFW) alongside Cesar Chavez and for her pivotal role in the 1965 Delano grape strike. Beyond her groundbreaking labor organizing, Huerta evolved into a leading feminist voice, championing reproductive rights and working to empower Latina women in politics, later serving as an honorary co-chair of the 2017 Women’s March.
