Democratic Rep. Robin Kelly of Illinois says she has introduced articles of impeachment against Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem in response to the federal immigration enforcement surge in major cities, including Chicago.
The three articles accuse Noem of obstructing Congress, violating public trust and self-dealing.
“Secretary Noem has brought her reign of terror to the Chicagoland area, L.A., New Orleans, Charlotte, Durham … She needs to be held accountable for her actions.”
