The Texas Department of Public Safety released footage of their troopers chasing down a human smuggler and a bunch of illegal immigrants in a vehicle that smashed into other cars to escape from police custody. Once the vehicle reached the Rio Grande River, two illegals successfully swam back to Mexico while the human smuggler was rescued from drowning, then detained, along with five other illegal immigrants.
