Hillary is much sicker than her party and campaign are willing to admit.

Hillary attempted to dismiss the coughing fit with a joke, saying, “Every time I think about Trump, I get allergic.” She tried water and finally when the coughing wouldn’t go away, she reached for an undisclosed medication.
You can also see Tim Kaine awkwardly stand up and sit down multiple times as he is clearly unsure what to do to aid his sickly running mate.
