A Florida Highway Patrol officer rescued a dog left tied to a fence off of I-75 in Florida, stranded in chest-high water ahead of Hurricane Milton.
“Do NOT do this to your pets please,” FHP warned on X in a video posted on Oct. 9.
Hurricane Milton is slated to make landfall in Florida later this evening and expected to cause catastrophic damage as it slices across the peninsula.
