First Legal Test of Trump’s New Travel Ban..See What Happened

The same liberals who fought against President Trump’s first travel ban were quick to file suit against his newest one and they even managed to get Seattle U.S. District Court Judge James Robart, the judge who issued a restraining order against Trump’s original ban.  The stars were aligned and the open border liberals were ready for another victory.  But instead, they suffered Deja Vu of election night again as they were soundly defeated.

Judge Robart refused to enjoin the Executive Order because the plaintiffs have very little to no chance of winning their case on the merits.  In other words, the Trump administration took their time and wrote out the sections the judges had found to be in contrast with the constitution.

The new order narrowed the travel restriction down to six countries…
