In January a Hawaii Emergency Management Agency employee “pushed the wrong button” and misinformed people in Hawaii that a ballistic missile strike was imminent. A man who suffered a heart attack in the midst of the 30 minutes of panic is now suing the Hawaiian government. RT America’s Alex Mihailovich reports.
