A shocking hate crime inspired by the Black Lives Matter terror organization and streamed live on Facebook is being treated completely inappropriately by Chicago police.
Chicago police are completely ignoring the seriousness of a hate crime that was broadcast via Facebook.
The crime, in which a mentally handicapped white man was kidnapped, beaten, and forced to drink toilet water all while his black assailants made racially derogatory remarks for the camera, took the nation by storm this week.
