Back in December, police in Pierce County, Washington, witnessed a 33-year old man harassing people and looking inside the cars of employees of a nearby business and decided to confront him. The man, who happened to have multiple felony warrants already, continued to flee police while wielding various objects, including a hammer, but after a 4-hour standoff was safely taken into custody.
