A group of self-procliamed anarchists utilizing the hashtag #DisruptJ20 are planning on making Washington D.C. the stuff of nightmares for those planning to attend the inauguration, and their tactics are being practiced at a training camp much like you would find in ISIS-controlled strongholds of the Middle East.
