The United States will resume talks with North Korea following a successful summit between the South’s Moon Jae In and the North’s Kim Jong Un. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Wednesday invited North Korea’s Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho to meet in New York next week at the UN General Assembly.
