Welcome back, Richest fans! When someone ends up making a fortune, we all expect them to start splashing the cash. Fast cars, luxury mansions, private mansions, and everything in between. Yet there’s a selection of billionaires and millionaires that refuse to part with much of their fortune. Today, we’re going to look at the most frugal of those in the top 1%. All of which have billion-dollar net worths! We’ll even see that they even spend less than the average person on various items!

Now for the spoiler paragraph. If you like surprises, we suggest you stop reading and watch the video multiple times. Firstly, we have the Oracle of Omaha, Warren Buffett! Such as the lack of cash he spends on his hair. We then have Jim Pattison over in Canada. While he lacks a fast car, he did spend a fair bit on some Marilyn Monroe memorabilia. One of the most famous faces on the list is Mark Zuckerberg. Who splurges less than the national average on his car collection. Next is the founder of the furniture maker IKEA, Ingvar Kamprad, whose former home was worthless. Judy Faulkner, the software queen of patient records lives a modest life yet plans to donate her fortune to good causes. Next is one of the first Google investors who still works as a professor, David Cheriton. Last up is the richest person in Mexico, Carlos Slim Helú. Finally, we’ll briefly look at a person who donated most of their fortune to good causes, Chuck Feeney.
