The aunt of an 8-year-old girl and 4-year-old boy spoke at the arraignment of a woman, 66, who allegedly drove into a child’s birthday party in Michigan, killing the two siblings and injuring several others on Saturday, officials said.
The woman has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder, two counts of operating while intoxicated causing death, and four counts of operating while intoxicated causing serious injury, prosecutors said.
