The Department of Justice has made a move that few thought they’d ever see. In a stunning emergency court filing, the DOJ is asking a federal judge to immediately block enforcement of portions of the U.S. Virgin Islands’ new gun control law, arguing that the magazine ban and restrictions on commonly owned rifles are unconstitutional under the Second Amendment.
