Dane Powell of Miami, Florida has pleaded guilty to his part in the Inauguration Day riots in Washington D.C. He will be sentenced on July 7th and will be given 1 to 3 years because he has a plea bargain and the fact that this is his first offence. Without the plea bargain, he could have faced 10 years in prison. In addition, he was required to offer a proffer to detail his part in the riots. The FBI used various videos to identify the guilty parties.
