An audio recording of the 911 call made from a film set where Alec Baldwin accidentally shot a woman dead with a prop gun has been released.
Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was killed and director Joel Souza injured in the incident.
Court records show an assistant director unwittingly handed Baldwin a loaded weapon and told him it was safe to use.
