Dr. Michael Arthur Roth, an abortion doctor, was charged for having body parts and abortion equipment in his car. Investigators had met with a woman who claimed that Roth had performed two separate abortions in her home in the late 90’s. His bail has been set for $10,000.
Michael Arthur Roth, a 74-year old abortion doctor, was arrested last October after police officers found containers of human tissue, narcotics, and abortion equipment in his car. Yet, he has finally been charged. It was found, after officers started an investigation, that he had been performing illegal abortions.
