Vehicles crawl through several inches of floodwater on NYC freeway

Vehicles crawled through several inches of floodwater on the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway as storms swept through New York City on Thursday.

The National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning for Brooklyn, Manhattan and surrounding areas.
