Hollywood actor and director Sean Penn received an Oscar-shaped award made from a railcar damaged in a Russian attack on Ukraine.
Penn, 65, won an Oscar on Sunday for best supporting actor for his role in the political thriller “One Battle After Another,” but skipped the ceremony to travel to the war-battered Ukrainian capital of Kyiv.
