The San Francisco Police Department shows that an alleged stolen vehicle smashed into a motorcyclist as the two suspects inside the car were attempting to elude authorities. Eventually the vehicle crashed into a parked car and flipped over, and officers located both of the suspects who tried to get away on foot.
