President Donald Trump wrote on social media on that “HELP IS ON ITS WAY” amid continued anti-government protests in Iran.
Trump’s national security team are expected to meet at the White House to discuss his options for intervention in the Islamic Republic.
The death toll from the protests in Iran reached at least 2,000 as of Tuesday, according to data published by the U.S.-based Human Rights Activists News Agency.
