Carriage horse leaves Central Park, runs through New York City streets

Video shows a runaway carriage horse dashing into traffic, crashing into cars in New York City. The Transport Workers Union, which represents Central Park’s carriage drivers, said that a delivery driver startled the horse. David Muir reports.
