Drone shows devastation from Russian strike on Ukraine apartment building

At least 26 people — including three children — were killed in Russian strikes on the Ukrainian city of Ternopil, the country’s Interior Ministry said.

Nearly 100 others, among them over a dozen children, were injured, the ministry added.
