As anti-ICE protests in L.A. continued for the fourth day in a row, WSJ’s Marc Vartabedian reported from the ground, following the action from the initial SEIU rally and then out into the streets as the protest evolved. For the first time in more than three decades, the Marines have been mobilized into a U.S. city to address civil unrest.
