Anya Parampil reports on the high-seas drama brewing between Russia and Ukraine after the Russian Navy says Ukraine failed to follow procedure for passing the Strait of Kerch, which connects the Black Sea and Azov Sea. As a result, Russia fired on the Ukranian ships and towed them to Crimea. On Monday, the UN Security Council voted to reject Russia’s initiative to discuss the incident as a violation of Russia’s borders.
