Michael Moore’s anti-Trump documentary, Fahrenheit 11/9 tanked at the box office on its opening weekend. It ran in over 1700 theaters but took in just $3.1 million. In contrast, Moore’s groundbreaking documentary Fahrenheit 9/11, about the Bush administration and the war on terror, brought in a record-breaking $23 million on its opening weekend, in only about half the amount of theaters. And here we are, just about 15 years later, and Moore comes out with his new documentary using almost the same name, and no one wants to see it. The Resident gives her two cents on why.
