China is seeking to outpace the United States as it pertains to nuclear weapons; a terrifying prospect for the world power struggle.
First, China has spent an inordinate amount of time and energy chastising and lambasting the newly elected President of the United States, while simultaneously working to preserve their stranglehold in the South China Sea.
