The Special Counsel Robert Mueller indictment of 13 Russians and 3 organizations may have had an unintended consequence. What it does is raise the question of where was the Obama administration while the meddling in our election process was going on. If you look at the timing that is related in this article, you can see that most of this activity predates Donald Trump entering the Presidential race.
Why did President Obama choose not to take some actions against this attempt to cast shadows on our election process? Was there something to gain from his agenda so that he would allow the Russians to do their dirty disinformation deeds?
