MSNBC’s Chris Matthews recently commented about public the resignation of Senator Al Franken on the Senate floor.
Matthews made the blunt statement that the worst that anyone can say about the Democrats is that “they’re too pure.”
In Franken’s speech, he did not apologize and pointed out that some of the claims against him were false. Others, he personally ‘remembered’ differently.
He then lambasted President Trump and Alabama senatorial candidate, Judge Roy Moore, over sexual misconduct accusations.
